In this game players control a character navigating through various levels filled with obstacles and enemies. Points are scored by collecting items and defeating enemies. Progression unlocks new abilities and challenges. The objective is to reach the end of each level while maintaining high scores. Power-ups can be found to enhance the character's capabilities temporarily. Avoiding hazards and strategic use of the environment are key to success.

The game ends when all cheese is collected or after a set number of rounds. The player with the most cheese at the end wins, becoming the mightiest mouse in the maze.
